Did anyone see what happened in Morelia, Michoacan, Mexico, though?
It's so horrible how drug traffickers have no respect, not even for such an important holiday. You know what they, the "Narcos", as we call 'em, did? They threw GRENADES at people enjoying the festivities.

fucking sons of-- there were so many injured and dead, and it just really GETS TO ME how they would involve innocent people just because their operations have been stopped a lot in that state. and you know what's worse? THE GOVERNMENT had received threats that this would happen, and they didn't do anything about it. No preparation, nothing. I don't know if they didn't want to worry people or something but--
WTF. I'D RATHER BE WORRIED THAN DEAD, YOU KNOW;;;
Uuuugh. What a way to sour a celebration. Is this what we are so proud of? Have we truly gained our freedom when we live in fear of organized crime? Mafia is only cool when it's fictional, you know. Living scared that they might kill you or your close ones? not cool.
C'mon, Mexico! It's almost been two hundred years since Miguel Hidalgo led us in the battle for liberty against our Spanish oppressors, lets take a page off his book and do the same for delinquency! WE CAN DO IT.
